CSUI – Cadaver (Advanced) Laparoscopy Workshop

This cadaver workshop is aimed at the intermediate – advanced laparoscopic surgeon keen on upskilling in advanced laparoscopic general gynaecological procedures. It is particularly focused on the skills needed for a Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy (TLH) with the use of cadavers. Included in this workshop are practical tips and tricks in laparoscopic suturing, in performing a TLH as well as the use of various energy devices. There will also be an introduction to the laparoscopic approach to super-specialised procedures. Proctors specialized in minimally invasive surgery, reproductive medicine/endometriosis surgery, urogynaecology and gynaecological oncology will be available to provide hands-on laparoscopic training with tips and tricks for various procedures. (Max capacity 16 delegates)
