How to Register
To register for the Intrapartum Fetal Surveillance (CTG) Workshops in Cape Town, please complete a registration form and submit to the workshop organisers together with your payment.
Pre-registration via the website will be possible until:
05th November 2019 for the 11th November workshop ( 6 spaces left )
11th November 2019 for the 15th November workshop ( 12 spaces left )
12th November 2019 for the 18th November workshop ( 11 spaces left )
14th November 2019 for the 20th November workshop ( 15 spaces left )
20th November 2019 for the 26th November workshop FULLY BOOKED
There will be NO on-site registrations in order to anticipate catering numbers.
It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees are strictly followed. Every participant, including speakers must register to attend the workshops.

Registration fees Include: Attendance at the workshop on the specific day your register for, tea breaks, lunch, a name tag and a printed programme.
Registration fees are to be paid in South African Rands (ZAR), and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form included in this announcement. Payment can either be done via bank transfer or credit card. If you are paying via eft, please ensure that you use your surname as a reference as it is easier to trace payments.
Credit card payments- When opting to process payment by credit card, further instructions will be emailed advising on how to process payment via the online 3D PayGate Portal. A unique reference number will be issued to you.
Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that the Congress Secretariat (email@example.com) has received the written cancellation. All approved refunds will be issued after the workshops. No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
